The Wyatt PULSAR WILL consume ammo on charged shots, regardless of oils.

Just a heads up to anyone who wanted to trick out this revolver that ammo consuming oils will only affect this gun when you shoot the gun without charge. If you charge the gun at all, there does not appear to be any chance of ammo being conserved. I put enough oils to get the PULSAR up to -100% ammo consumption odds, to no avail :(
