Can I switch primary accounts?

My mom got me a Nintendo switch on Christmas when I was younger, and because I was a minor my mom had her account as the primary account and then added me after. To clarify, she doesn't play with it or use it at all. We only connected it to her because she was the parent, and all the games would be bought with her account since I didn't have my own credit card at the time. Fast forward to now. All the games I've bought is through her account, but I've played the games on my account. I am turning 18 soon and now have my own card and money and everything, I would like to remove my mom from the switch but I don't know if that's possible? Is it possible to remove her and make my account the primary one that can buy games and stuff? And also, if I remove her, will all the games we bought through her account disappear? I've tried to do research on this but everything I've found is on primary consoles and not primary accounts. Pls help, my brain can not take this anymore :,D
