Multiple Steering Wheels connected to one Switch?

Hi all - my 6 year old has a Switch, and his 4 year old brother is starting to play more too. For Christmas, they'd both like a steering wheel for Mario Kart. I've just been and bought 2 Mario Hori Mini Pro wheel and pedal sets, but then I wondered, can I connect them both at the same time? The shop will not accept opened items back, so I can't test it. I know the switch dock has multiple USB ports, but would each wheel and pedal set work as expected?
