EWCM + Tiny bits of blood after supposed ovulation

Hiya! I have been using OPKs to track ovulation this month and got a peak 5 days ago (so supposedly ovulated about 4 days ago I suppose which would've been CD 12).

However the past couple of days I've had EWCM with teeny tiny streaks of pinkish blood and dark OPKs (not quite positive but dark lines)

My cervix is also high and soft (it was last week then dropped to hard and low, but has gone back up?)

Does this mean I didn't ovulate 4 days ago? Or could it be something else? (Assuming not pregnancy related because it's so early) Very confused 🤔 has anyone had anything similar?
