Quitting Same Day

I'm contemplating quitting and just logging off, but I have never quit in that fashion. Recently, I went through some stress with this job, and as a temporary gig, I did not sign up for it to come with this kind of stress. Any advice on how to do that with TTEC? I'm on the Covered California project.
