What makes TTEC so bad?

I'm looking for WFH opportunities and TTEC is one that seems promising but I keep reading all these negative comments on here that have me a bit concerned.

Based on everything on this sub, it seems like they micromanage, undertrain, and lie about project timelines? Have I gotten that right? Curious what everyone hates most about them and whether they are different from other call centers / BPOs.

Also, one thing I worry about with these jobs is getting replaced by chatgpt. For those of you that currently work there, how concerned should I be about AI? Thank you.
