Please help!

Long story short but I’m really anxious I’ve chosen the wrong dress for my wedding. I love everything about it apart from the fit. I feel like the bodice is way too long on me and would look so much better if it hit my natural waist!

Can the bodice be shortened/ the waistline/ skirt raised?? I’m not sure if this is possible and I’m panicking 🥲

Also the back is see through and because it’s low waisted you can see my underwear 🤦🏼‍♀️
