Feeling suicidal

Im feeling suicidal because of my tattoo, its on my upper arm and i extended it to a full sleeve in desperation to make it better, now the extented part is ok but the first part drives me insane . Is densely packed with black and lots of lines and clouds my thinking and enjoyment of life . I hate that it peaks out wearing a t shirt and i have a hard time accepting not wearing tank tops ever again . It affects every aspect of my life
