One underrated scene in T2

Was the T-1000 phone call with John and T-800. It’s a great scene where two AIs try to outwit each other using simple human deceptions. The AI which is “less human” got outwitted in the end.

The T-1000 tries to trick John into coming home by adopting the good Mom persona and cooking dinner. Of course, it fails to understand that there are actually shitty Moms out there. It copied the image but not the correct personality. John’s suspicion got alerted by the T-1000’s incorrect personality of the Mom and the barking dog. The T-800 takes over the phone and mimics John’s voice. It asks about Max the dog by using the incorrect name “Wolfe”, effectively planting a trap. The T-1000 answers with the wrong name “Wolfe” thereby exposing its cover. However, when the scene goes back to the T-1000, as the camera pans in you can see its expression changing. It probably realised that the T-800 is on the phone and that its cover has been exposed by the dog.
