Stuck on Next Steps - HRT or Natural?
I am 26 years old, male, 6’1 tall, weigh around 240lbs.
I workout 3-5 days a week strength training with 3-4 sets of walking cardio - 30 minute treadmill with 12 incline at 3 speed or 1-1.5 hr walk outside. Diet is good.
I measured my testosterone because I had symptoms such as low libido, softer erections, less morning wood, and struggling to see fat loss results with my workout plan - carrying more fat in the breasts and stomach. It came back at 325ng/dL.
My naturopath gave me two options: HcG or Clomid. The medical doctor I saw told me that my testosterone was in normal range and did not recommend treatment.
I’m stuck on what to do. I have a fear of needles so my preference would be Clomid if I was to take something but I’ve read a lot of poor reviews about it.
Should I get further testosterone tests? Should I get tested for sleep apnea? Do I focus on supplements like Moca Root or Tongat along with improving sleep? Any advice would be appreciated.
