Massage in thailand?

Flying tomorrow to BKK. I being stiff in shoulders already, was on the thought of a massage.

Then my prejudices kicked in - if I ask for amassage in Thailand as a white european, will they assume I want ahappy ending?

Or can I just ask and get just a massage, nothing else? And at what cost on Avg? At home 1h is like 80$.. robbery
