Art store subscription fails
Hi, apologies for my Frame is in Norwegian. I'm experiencing an issue after resetting my Samsung Frame. I have an active subscription that doesn't expire until October 12th this year. However, after the reset, my Frame no longer recognizes my Art Store subscription, even though my payment information shows it as active. When I try to renew through the Frame, it says, "this subscription is still active (410447)."
Essentially, I have a subscription that my Frame won't acknowledge. Has anyone found a solution? Samsung support chat hasn't been helpful.
