And was absolutely entitled to feel aggrieved that the front seats were occupied when they got there. It was the last ride of the day, and they had queued specifically for the front row (waiting longer than everyone else to have that experience).

Why should those three chaps get to sit on the front row just because they have learning difficulties? And if that is the policy at Thorpe Park, someone should have told them while they were waiting in the queue that they weren't going to all be allowed to sit on the front row.

OK, Will should not have directed his anger at them, but rather at the park employees who allowed this situation to occur, but ultimately he was right to be pissed off about it and is definitely not the worst human being in the world for standing up for himself.
