Danielle hate is going too far

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the Danielle hate i’ve seen in this sub and other subs feels unwarranted. Even if you haven’t seen the hate personally on your end, i’ve seen it virtually on all social media platforms and people sending Danielle hate messages online. The personal attacks towards her appearance(hair), intelligence, and other facets of her life is beyond ridiculous. Her hats are campy and hilarious to me, similar to Parvati’s headbands. I totally respect not enjoying someone’s gameplay and strategy, but leave the personal attacks out of it. Comments that range from how much you despise danielle or how stupid you think she is seems a bit too much for a reality game show. Treating Carolyn as a martyr and overly expressing your grief should not be the basis of your hate. I watch this show for entertainment purposes and not for excellent mind blowing strategy, and i’m enjoying all of the traitors equally. This season is messy and chaotic, and she’s played a huge part in making it fun and unpredictable.

Do I think danielle is the worst traitor in history across all shows - well no if you are basing it in statistical terms of when previous traitors were banished. Danielle’s over exaggerated emotional persona and “fake acting” in some bizarre way is keeping her safe from the faithfuls, and her relationships with Derrick and Britney(and other faithfuls) demonstrate her social game.

Criticism against someone’s gameplay is totally expected for such a public show, but overly hating someone as a person is when it gets questionable. I enjoy all three traitors - Boston Rob is a fascinating player that plays ruthlessly and selfishly, Danielle is playing a solid social game and her name has come up only once at the round table, and Carolyn has been flying under the radar and playing very well. Keep the nasty attacks and slights against Danielle’s character or intelligence out of these discussions. Danielle is still a legend in the big brother realm, and deserves respect as a person.

I love this season and i’m enjoying every cast member, let’s not take this game too seriously - It takes the fun away from it. Give these cast members some grace and just appreciate the insane ride. Similar to the hate against Dan last season and his performance, we should still treat these reality tv personalities as human beings. Some competition shows just don’t align with people’s strategies since it’s fast paced, and that’s totally okay.
