Had an uncomfortable shift at school

I'm a British lupine wolfdog and in the middle of class I had like a complete shift. I could feel my ears again as this was also a phantom shift I wanted to get on all 4s and bark and run out the door as the place felt suffocating. I wanted to be free to get out but I tried to focus on the work but I just could not . At this point I was trying to keep it together , I asked to go to the toilet and there I sorta waited it out , it was so hard to suppress my instincts though.
