Why do so many people hate fighting against Ky?

Just a genuine question, not to downplay him or anything but I was always thought he was designed to be the ""most honest"" character in the game, has tools for a lot of situations and adaptable playstyles but doesn't excel at any of them (although honesty isn't really honest in strive lmao). Like for real I was under the impression that his pressure is mostly just mids and throw mix-up but he seems to be a very frustrating character to fight against for a lot of people in this sub

Is it stun dipper RC? BRC overhead? I'd love to hear everyone's opinion
