750 views with a 43% retention rate

I know likes doesn’t matter, and retention rate is the key, but what’s a good retention rate? My video has a 43% retention rate all the way to the end, but the video only got 750 views. My question is: what’s a good retention rate to have? I thought 43% was pretty good, but I guess I’m wrong. Can you give me some tips and tricks please?
