Tiktok also not working in Europe help!

I’m not sure if there is anything I can do because I guess I was just dumb for not doing it earlier but I thought I would check. I got Tiktok while still living in the US but I live in Europe now for 1.5 years. For some reason I thought the ban is just location dependent but it must be based on your account details which still said US… to make things worse I deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled it thinking this could fix it since it originally came from a US app store 😂 and now I can’t even log in anymore. Did I just completely screw myself? It’s not the end of the world but just checking…
