Is it herassment to call colleagues beautiful and gorgeous?

Hear me out, its done in a purely platonic and sincere way that is in no way flirting. Just greating with "hey beautiful" then proceeding on with the conversation about how her family is or work.

In my mind it doesnt hurt to try lift someones spirits with a compliment. (The guys get their fair share of it too)

Ive never had anyone seem to dislike it but i saw something that made me think.
