Tom's Ragu/Bolognese Recipe

During lockdown, Tom Colicchio posted a Facebook live making the best Ragu/Bolognese sauce I have ever tasted. My family used to make it all of the time until it was taken down. Unfortunately, we never wrote down the recipe and are now devastated because while we remember some of the ingredients, it's just not the same. I know it's a reach, but I was hoping someone had the recipe/post saved. Thank you!!
