Chest reveal anxiety

I have my chest reveal on Saturday, I’m very scared for the aftercare. Like I don’t know how to look after my chest. I’m very scared of it I mess it up, I’ve wanted this for so so long that I don’t want to mess it up. I’ve stayed in my pillow since we got back to the hotel, I don’t want to move because I don’t want to stretch my scars
