Length Difference 1 week out - is this permanent?

I’m 1 week out from THR revision and while I am non weight bearing because of a fracture in my fibula, I can tell there is a large discrepancy in my leg length, the revisioned hip much longer than the other. Is there hope that this will change after all swelling is gone or is this something I am now going to have to live with?
