Question regarding Spurs shop voucher

I'm trying to redeem my voucher in the online shop, but the code doesn't seem to work when I enter it under "promo codes." I also can't find a separate section specifically for voucher codes. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue or know how to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated!
