My 2020 Highlander’s carplay system is messed up

Hello! I just bought a used 2020 highlander which I’m aware got the radio replaced, when I plug my phone in through the USB port that’s meant for accessories (not for charging), it shows the prompt for CarPlay but then quickly goes away, I was trying to press the button in time and accidentally hit enable once, and it never connected and I’m not able to figure out the problem since CarPlay won’t turn on again, am I able to revert that in settings?
