Sakai takayuki smith/sharpeners

Just wondering if someone might be able to have an informed guess about the below -

It looks like the ginsan stamp of Yamasutka (Hado) being somewhat smaller and bolded vs Nakagawa I think but would anyone know which sharpener(s) would mainly be involved with on this line? Cheers
