Chauffage Soufflant. Would you recommend it?

Hey y'all.

So "Winter is coming" (XD) and I'm thinking about buying an electric heater for my room. I came across this fan forced heater Chauffage Soufflant TECHWOOD TCG-2016 2000W - Noir and I was wondering if it's popular and whatnot. Is it good? Did any of you guys use it? And.. Would you recommend it?
