Notre Dame Will Be On-Campus (With Modifications) In The Fall

What are your thoughts on this announcement w.r.t. UIUC? I thought after the Cal State system deciding to go online that we would for sure be online considering how big UIUC is. However, Notre Dame and Purdue made a couple of announcements today saying they will be on campus with a modified schedule and some changes in place.
