Are my nicotine pouches going to be held indefinitely?

I ordered a bulk order of Zyns off a site called Snusme, shipped out of Sweden. This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve ordered like this, but this time, for the first time, they’ve been sitting in Philly for almost a week. Are they being scrutinized or something? Could they be confiscated or sent back to Sweden?
