Removal of a 1 Credit PHED Class

Last year I took a one credit yoga class for a grade (first semester at the school didn’t know you could P/NP) and got a B due to a heinous written final. Does anyone know if I could get the class changed to P/NP or even straight up removed from my transcript. It doesn’t have a huge effect on my GPA but is annoying as it’s my worst grade at the school.
