Urgent help needed!!!!!!

My Visa is going to expire January 28th 2025. So I applied the EAD 11 month back on 22nd February 2024 . and now still status is showing case was received .We want to make another new application Or still that application is good? My spouse company going to apply premium before 17th of January because, after that farms are changing . I don't know what to do. Please help me guys.
