Graduate Apartments

Hey yall! Im moving to Tampa this coming May for grad school and am trying to get a head start on looking for apartments. I’m not planning on living with roomates and I have a budget of around $1600/month. Does anyone have any suggestions or have any warnings of places to absolutely avoid? TIA 😊
