Any experiences with the Writing Studio

I am considering using the writing studio for the first time. I have a research paper due for one of my classes and it is a major chunk of my final grade and my professors wont preview my paper. I want to make sure I hit everything from the rubric and need a second opinion. Has anyone used the writing studio and are they actually helpful?
