Anyone else gone thru this before
So I just shopped for someone and went to drop off when I arrive they would not open door made several communication attempts and nothing. I spend about 30 minutes waiting and trying to communicate they would just read my messages and that was it. so support calls them and they do answer on support but won’t answer or reply on me so right when support finally says just leave in safe place they cancel order. And reduced my rate significantly. To top it off I get a message soon saying customer reported me not delivering the groceries. Like dude I literally made every attempt to communicate with you for your pin and even got uber involved come on man. Anyways as it’s canceled I am still chatting with the support and he suggests I just call some other department in regards to this like bro are you not seeing they canceled what do you want me to do now with the groceries? I leave them their anyways show him image and that was that. Ugh some people I get the feel they wanted to come up in free groceries by requesting refund.
