starting prednisone

hi so im 14, i only got diagnosed like a few months ago and i’m on mesalamine at the moment but had a flare up so i have to start prednisone 40mg for 2 weeks but then gradually go down by 5mg until December im rlly worried about the side effects will it cause moon face? thats what im mostly worried about cus i dont rlly wanna be going to school with hamster looking cheeks😭
