ULPT Request - My roommates keep parking in front of my truck and then leaving for days with the keys. How can I move their car?

I’ll be sleeping, they come home, block me in, and then disappear for days and take their keys with them. They don’t leave enough space to un-parallel park and driver over the grass out of the driveway.

I’ve thought of hooking up some tow straps and pulling them, but my truck is blocked in and I’d have to push them and don’t want to damage either car

Also though about lifting the front of the car (FWD car) with a jack and moving it like that, but not sure how good the jack would roll with 1000 lbs on it, or if it’ll fall over

If I can get inside the car I can press the shift lock release and put it in neutral

What’s the easiest way to get inside the car without a key besides breaking the window? I’ve seen locksmiths wedge the door open and unlock it like that

Any other suggestions on moving their car?

Edit: cheap/free ways, I don’t want to invest $100’s into equipment or a tow truck
