Did I make a mistake by switching from Uni of Bristol to Uni of Southampton?

I know UOB is ranked higher in every subject, and in general. I know it’s a more prestigious uni, but will it really affect me in the long run? Is it really that big of a deal?

I’m studying law with psych, but considering switching to biomed next year. I have to reapply anyway, whatever uni I end up in.

I’ve lived in Bristol and had an awful experience, plus my sister lives there so i’m there quite frequently anyway.

Although, I’m only in Southampton because they’re the only russell group that offers law with psych. There is not other reason that I chose this uni, but I much prefer the people and area. Disregarding this, should I have stayed in Bristol?
