The piracy of aid trucks by Hamas and other local tribal gangs has been a serious ongoing issue for the last 6 months adding pressure to humanitarian issues in Gaza. This aid is used by these groups themselves then they sell it on the streets & Markets at exorbitant prices to Gazans.
