Query regarding UKPSC exam!

So i m currently pursuing 3rd year Bcom prog from Delhi University and my exams will be over in early June. Already 21 so i decided to fill the Uttarakhand state exam form ( registration ).Now i already filled the 10th and 12th class qualifications but Graduation qualifications is showing compulsory and in that they are asking for : ● The date of the final year marksheet (mandatory field) ● Final year marks (also mandatory) and currently we have no knowledge for the above so what do i do now?! Also the site is not loading further without giving the info of the same. Anybody facing the same issue?!
