!!Panhandlers in Woodbridge!!

Anyone else tired of these panhandlers that litter the streets and corners? Most notably at Highway 7 & Weston Road?! They aren’t homeless or broke and are quite organized, even teaming up and “scheduling shifts”?! They talk on iPhones and take breaks too.. Disgusting behaviour!
