Lifelock refund without requesting one?

Received an email that my life lock order is being refunded, but I did not request it. Is says it could be by the request of fulfilled or manufacturer so wondering if CapitalOne did it or just they are refunding and cancelling those that went for the bonus.

I did it through the shopping app, not C1 offers, and the reward still shows as pending in my account for $225.

Interested if anyone else got this email and to see if the reward follows through.
