VA HOME LOAN

I am looking into buying my first home but don’t know where to start. I have researched and looked into the subreddit as well as YouTubing but I am not too sure how to find a realtor who specializes in VA home loans.

I have tried filtering key words with “VA, Assumable” on Zillow as well as other platforms and very little seems to pop up if not anything.

What is the process and first steps like in the beginning when you want to buy a house? What is something you wish you knew before you bought your first house? Any tips or lessons learned? It would be amazing to learn some insight from the group. Thank you for your time🖤
