Is this typical for HLR?

I requested an HLR almost 2 months ago and requested they contact me to talk. Is it normal for it to sit in the same step saying I submitted it for quite some time?

Normal claims process I know, after your C&P you wait 4-6 months after the DBQ’s are submitted.

This is my first ever HLR.
