Caught in lab fat

I was caught during lab fat. With me 2 more students were also caught during malpractice.she(teachers)taken our id cards on that day and was not returning even after 5 days. One day she call us to come in the cabin and write a apology letter and told to mention what happened there in letter. We had written apology letter but not official pink slip which we hav to fill after we got caught. She said that she will submit this letter and take further action.what will going to happen. We didn’t fill any pink slip.
