Malpractice

I got caught during lab malpractice but am able to seè my lab fat marks. (When i got caught teacher told to write an apology letter).| just want to know am i safe because lab fat marks is visible to me. Someone said that if a complaint is filed against you, you can't able to see marks after result are out.
