Saw a recipe for a cottage cheese and egg wrap on Instagram. 2 eggs blended with 200g of cottage cheese + spices. Spread it thinly on a baking sheet and bake until done.
It’s phenomenal. The wrap is super tasty and very pliable. It was literally the biggest wrap I’ve ever had, I completely filled it to the brim with ingredients.
The monstrosity must have weighed minimum a kilo. I’ve attached screenshots of what I filled it with, unfortunately I didn’t take a photo before I wrapped it. It looked like it was never going to close but for some reason the cottage cheese + egg combo makes a strong and pliable wrap. It closed amicably.
