How I made vyvanse more effective (without supplements)

For the past couple days i've been meaning to make this post. It would be selfish of me to go through my journey, gain experience and not share with the rest of you. What I did to make my 50mg vyvanse last a full 12 hours + much effective.

  • Stop all supplementation, so no more L-Tyrosine, B12 ect....
  • Eat a breakfast that is catered towards reducing stomach acid : This includes a banana (natural antacid), Drink kefier (probiotic + acid reducer), Apples
  • Protein shake for breakfast. I read that Vyvanse is a medication that feeds off of protein so a protein shake with the medication in the morning
  • Remove all greasy, fried, soda, junk food from diet
  • Make sure you get atleast 8 hours of sleep

I would encourage everyone to give this a shot. Its been 2 week since ive incorporated this regimine and I can with confidence that my medication has never been this effective and with this long of a duration in my entire time being prescribed.
