Virtuared 7 vs Virtuared 8

Hi, I'm currently playing on the latest patch of V7 mixed with UML database. Im thinking if I should move to Virtuared V8 or stay on V7 as deleting everything and downloading everything for scratch kinda scares me... Is it worth it? What are the changes?
