Proctors are getting worse

Ive been taking a back end cert through WGU since late last year, and in my experience the proctors get meaner, more ridiculous in their demands, and take less time to even explain what the hell they're trying to say to me. I just had a woman who was yelling at me to put the camera "SIDEWAYS" and despite all my attempts to figure out what she meant exactly, she just kept yelling it over and over again. It was extremely frustrating before taking an exam. Anyone else notice this becoming more of an issue lately, or is it just me and my arch-nemesis proctor Meghana T.?
