Would tuners still handle the o2 codes and sec. Air pump codes through open source?

Picked up a hawkeye I've been working on and thinking down the road for when I wanna register it and get it inspected. It has a jank downpipe and secondary airpump delete. To get it inspected tho it'll need those corrected. Question is instead of going with an accessport and what not can I use tactrix and will tuners still delete the codes or can I do it then? Open source is new to me. Pic of my pig I'm trying to save. (Doesn't have underbody rust!)
