Rebuild or refresh

Hey guys so after doing some thinking I've come across my first stumble. My ej255 has 225k on but 152psi across the board on cold compression. What I don't know is how comfortable can you be with compression numbers. This is my first like project on a rebuild vs a refresh. With the high mileage should I expect a ringtone to fail anyways just due to the age? Or is compression a better indicator? Don't be too rough on me. Just looking towards this winters learning of the teardown process and rebuild for spring
